Can you ever make a 4th attack in your turn?

Rules Discussion

Can you make a fourth attack in your turn if you have a feat that lets you get two attacks as a single action? I know it would be at -15 which would make it mostly useless but I figured I would ask.

Multiple Attack Penalty tops out at -10 (-8 for agile), for your third and any subsequent attacks.

So, yeah, if you have a feat that lets you attack twice for one action, and you can use strikes thereafter, you can attack at 0/-5/-10/-10

Your penalty is never at more than the penalty for the third attack. And monks can using Flurry, I think

Rangers and monks can do it innately, with haste (or other means of gaining quicken, such as a bard's allegro cantrip) anyone can get in on a 4th attack.

And yes, it caps at -10 (and can be reduced by agile and other things)

If you wanna have fun go with Ranger Hunter's Flurry Twin Strike, at level 1 you can have 4 attacks on your prey; With Agile weapon and a little bit of luck/buff/setup, it can do quite some dammage.
