Bespell Weapon and Multiple Attack Penalty

I was curious how (or if) the Multiple Attack Penalty impacts when you use Bespell weapon. While some cases would be pretty clear (Casting, say, Jump, then using BW), I was wondering about spells that require Spell Rolls? If I cast Shocking Grasp and then made an attack with BW, does that take the multiple attack penalty? How about a spell that requires a save vs damage, like fireball? Or what about a save-or-suck class of spell?

My assumption is "if you make a spell roll, it triggers MAP. But if it doesn't require a spell roll (i.e. requires a save; or alternatively has no save or spell attack roll, like Jump), then you don't have to deal with MAP"

Thanks!

Spells increase the MAP if they have the Attack trait. Shocking Grasp has the Attack trait so it would increase the MAP, but Fireball does not, so it doesn't increase the MAP.
