Has anyone made a summary sheet for common actions in encounter mode (combat)?
It seems to me it would be really handy to have such a page. I'm aware that there is a table of skill-related actions, but the encounter mode actions are spread over several pages, and a single sheet summarizing skill and combat actions would be useful.

I think the GM screens (also available in portrait format have what you're looking for. But probably isn't what you have in mind if you just want the actions and not the other material.
Archives of Nethys has a page on actions, but it's also a bit long, probably not as condensed as you'd like. As for a fan-made, brief, printable, one-page summery, I don't know of one yet, but it shouldn't be too hard to make, and I'm sure someone will have one before too long.

If you pick up the Class Specific Character Pack, there's a list of basic and specialty actions in it. The PDF is pretty nice, although there are a couple of typos that I'm going to attempt to bring to Paizo's awareness. The other thing the folio has that I really like, explanations about the different conditions and how death and dying works.
All in all, worth the $10 I spent on the PDF.
I made one for the playtest and updated it to the 2e rules for the games I ran at GenCon. I just put mine up on PFSPrep at:
