I dont exactly understand how i can cast a spell from a wand.
P.ex.: a wand of Heal. Can I use only the 1 Action version or the 2-3 action version too? When i have to replace the material component with a somatic component, but the 2 Action version already has a somatic component, do i have 2 somatic components?

Casting a spell from a wand requires holding the wand in one hand and activating the item with a Cast a Spell activity using the normal number of actions for the spell.
You use the number of actions the spell normally takes. Heal takes up to 3 actions so you use up to 3 and get the corresponding version of the spell.
And yes, if a spell has a material component you change it to a somatic, even if the spell already has a somatic component. There's no rule saying a spell can't have multiple components of he same kind. Bards can substitute verbal actions with somatic by playing an instrument and sorcerers can substitute material components with somatic via their blood.

I'm slightly disappointed that wands only function once a day (or twice if you're desperate) but it appears that you have the same choices as when you cast a spell:
Casting a spell from a wand requires holding the wand in one hand and activating the item with a Cast a Spell activity using the normal number of actions for the spell.
Now a wand is like an extra spell slot or prepared spell for that one spell it holds. Some wands function like rods of metamagic, replacing the normally required feat, but still costing the right action.
I can really see a mid-level wizard wearing a bandolier filled with a dozen wands.

Related to this: broken Wands.
So, if you overcharge a wand and make the flat check, it's broken.
If I want to repair it, I have to make a craft check, the DC should normally be as high as crafting the wand would be. That would be?
I don't know how many hp the wand has, is one repair check enough? Even if I'm untrained?
