Does Natural Healing require a Healers Kit?

Hard to see why it would require a healers kit but it is never clearly defined that I could see.

"You can use Nature instead of Medicine to Treat Wounds."

"Treat Wounds: Requirements You have healer’s tools (page 290)."

So, yes. Anytime you make an Medicine action you're forced to use the healers kit, even though it might not seem right, unless it specifically calls out an exception.

The part that made me question it is they discuss you foraging for natural ingredients. Don’t have the book in front of me. I suspect you are probably right and will buy one just in case.

Graystone has it right, but a thoughtful DM might allow you to forage for wild materials that are the equivalent of a single use of a healing kit, using Survival. It's a pity *that* wasn't included in the CRB, apart from a parenthetical reference.
