For a multiclass Sorcerer, the Basic Blood Potency feat says
If you don’t already have one, you also gain a focus pool of 1 Focus Point, which you can Refocus without any special effort. On page 300, the sidebar for Focus Points from Multiple Sources sidebar says
If you have multiple abilities that give you a focus pool, each one adds 1 Focus Point to your pool.
So if I'm a Cleric with a Domain or a Monk with a Ki Spell, and I take Basic Blood Potency I now have a pool of 2 Focus points.
My question is regarding the "which you can refocus without any special effort" clause. Normally a Monk or a Cleric can spend 10 minutes meditating or praying to regain 1 focus. If they also have the basic blood potency feat, can they spend 10 minutes refocusing by praying/meditating to regain 1 focus, and also gain an regain an additional focus because basic bloodline has auto-refocus?
Presumably Basic Blood Potency would let you regain 1 focus if you spend that 10 minutes repairing a shield, identifying an item, or treating wounds. So it works in parallel with other activities, but does it also work in parallel with the "refocus" activity?

I'm inclined to think this does not work. The key factor being that you can't refocus again unless you spent focus since the last time you refocused.
Here's my logic: the clock on the "auto-refocus" from one's sorcerer blood should start immediately after you spent the point. In theory if combat lasts 11 minutes, you could refocus *during* combat. So whatever you do the "sorcerer refocus" would proc before any other refocus, leading the other refocus to not be able to fulfil the "has spent focus since the last time you refocused."

These all tell you how you use the Refocus activity. The sorcerer ability is not different in that regard, it just is the broadest of them all. You are still using the Refocus exploration activity to Refocus (it's the only way to Refocus), which means you are not in an encounter, but you can do any other exploration activity you like. This is very important for timing; you still do need to take 10 minutes off encounters like the other characters to Refocus, though you can be at full tilt exploring while you do. Get into high octane adrenaline rush of encounters, and you'll need to start with your Refocus again, just like anyone else who gets interrupted while Refocusing.

Yeah, otherwise it would create two weird infinite loops/race condition problems, one of which you identified above. The first would be you could Refocus while Refocusing while Refocusing while Refocusing while Refocusing...forever. The second would be that all those Refocuses would finish at the same time and have a collision of timing, and whichever you applied first would make all the other ones invalid, since you would have Refocused since the last time you spent.
