Hi Paizo CS People – hope life is settling down for you after the Gencon-PF2 Release-IT issues-Scenario granting dramas of the last few weeks.
This isn’t very time critical, but I wondered if you’d be able to help me tweak some subscriptions and cancel a few items?
1. Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscription
I’m hoping to cancel one of these but I want to be sure to retain the one with the grandfathered Paizo advantage entitlement. I’ll probably never need to use it, but just in case I want to rely on it in a few years time, I figure it’d be worth ensuring it’s been preserved now rather than then.
2. Starfinder Adventure Path Subscription
I’d also like to cancel one of these subscriptions (but keep the other ongoing). In an ideal world, I’d like it to cease after the final instalment of the current AP ships. However, I’m also looking to get everything sorted in one go, so if that proves too tricky please go ahead and cancel the second sub now and I will preorder a redundant copy to go out with the surviving sub.
3. Pathfinder Battles Subscription
I recently cancelled that due to the continued inclusion of dungeon dressing/scenery pieces. Turns out my timing was as impeccable as ever and that the next set doesn’t include dungeon dressing pieces! As such, I figure I should be sure I send the right $ message and would like to resubscribe to that line (with a plan of cancelling next time, presuming dungeon dressing returns!)
However, the site doesn’t seem to be letting me (the subscription is sitting in my shopping cart but will only offer me Ruins of Lastwall as the starting item, which I already have. Are you able to push that through for me? Or am I being premature and it’s not yet set up to account for the next set? If possible, it’d be great if you could work your magic to get that in order as well.
4. Cancelling some Shadowrun items
Speaking of impeccable timing – I recently placed a significant order for a whole bunch of Shadowrun stuff as I figured I’d been out of the game for a while and would like to get back into it. Turns out they are just launching a new edition and I’ve ordered a whole bunch of probably-soon-to-be-rereleased items. Would you mind attending to the following, please:
4a. Cancel the Shadowrun:Corporate Guide in my sidecart
4b. Cancel every item in order #7966436 except for Shadowrun RPG (5E) – Lockdown Hardcover
4c. Merge that sole book from the previous order with Order #7977984 (and leave those two books set to ship as soon as possible).
