Hey guys, so I'm still learning Kinetic Knight (double Void) and I still had some questions after trying to do some research.
1) Kinetic Knight Kinetic Blast cant be used without blade infusion

- As I understand, only one infusion can be used at a time on kineticist, which means I can't use other infusions (outside blade and whip), such as Focused Blast?
2) When a kineticist gains a new element via the expanded element class feature, she gains a simple blast from that element as well. Each simple blast is either a physical blast or an energy blast.
Physical blasts are ranged attacks that deal an amount of damage equal to 1d6+1 + the kineticist’s Constitution modifier, increasing by 1d6+1 for every 2 kineticist levels beyond 1st. Spell resistance doesn’t apply against physical blasts.
Energy blasts are ranged touch attacks that deal an amount of damage equal to 1d6 + 1/2 the kineticist’s Constitution modifier, increasing by 1d6 for every 2 kineticist levels beyond 1st.

- Since Kinetic Knights can only melee attack, does this mean all Physical and Energy Blast abilities are of no use to me?
Note: Hero Lab for Pathfinder 1 seems to support these conclusions

One form infusion and one substance infusion are allowed. So you can take your kinetic blade or whip (form) and add darkness infusion (substance) if you have it, but not focused blast (form, again.)
Kinetic knights attack with a physical or energy blast using the kinetic blade or whip form. Is that what you're asking? I'm not totally sure.

Right, Substance infusions work, but I wanted to verify that its pointless for me to take additional Form infusions and Physical/Energy Blasts.
** Also, are composite blasts suppose to stack onto kinetic blade as a Kinetic Knight (such as Gravity Blast)? Hero Lab doesn't add the 2d6 to it.

It's pointless taking other form infusions, yes. Additional types of blast, including composite blasts, give you other options for the kinetic blade. If you use a gravity blast you make an attack against normal AC with the kinetic blade and do the physical blast damage (without any boost from elemental overflow), if you use a negative blast it attacks touch AC and does the energy blast damage, if you use void blast it does attacks normal AC and does the physical composite blast damage. Energy blasts are also subject to spell resistance.
I take no responsibility for Hero Lab here. They're pretty good as I understand it but they've made mistakes in the past and will in the future like anyone else.

Oh I see.. seems like I was trusting Hero Lab too much when interpreting Kinetic Knight then. It didn't really make sense that all the blasts would become unusable just because you couldn't make range attacks.
Thanks for clearing this up, I'll need to reach out to them.
