Expanded Summon Monster feat

So, I have been looking through this feat, and I realized something that stikes me as outright odd.

Velociraptor, Styracosaurus, and Tylosaurus. Every Dinosaur in the base spell list, and all OTHER dinosaurs listed in this feat are Asterisk'ed, but these three are the only ones that are not. Was this a typo? Is there a reason for it?

Most likely. Non-outsiders are (near-?) universally templated when summoned via summon monster; outsiders are not.
