Hi, I assumed I preordered two Second Ed Books but it says that it's in my "Sidecart" and there's no shipping date. What does this mean?
It should mean that you submitted the pre-order after they ran the auths in early July and you asked to have them shipped with your subscriptions. In that case, you should get those books with your August subscription shipment. If that is not what you want and you don't have anything in your sidecart scheduled to ship in August or later, you should be able to go to your "My Account" page and click on the "Ship As Soon As Possible" button to get them on their way.
If that is not what happened, then something else went wrong and the Customer Service folks will have to straighten it out for you next week.

I took a look at your account, and couldn't find any location on your account which held an order for the Second Edition books. Are you still waiting on these items, or did you decide not to purchase them? If you are still interested in these items, I recommend going through checkout with them once again, as any previous copies you have seem to be lost. If you would like to combine them to ship with your subscription items, please let us know. Thank you!
