I subbed to the new rulebook line and my books have shipped, but I don't seem to have access to the PDFs. Has anyone else been having this issue?
(I did post on the CS forum but I think they're out till monday or tuesday due to Gen-Con, and was hoping for some form of feedback before then)

Edit: You should probably call them. If anyone answers the phone, you will get immediate help. E-mails have the same backlog as messageboard postings.

Just everything I had purchased prior to subbing to the Rulebook line, nothing else.
Mine's listed under Paizo Inc.: Rulebooks. Do you have that category, and is anything under it?
(Btw, David knott 242 is right: The quickest way to resolve this is to call Customer Service. You should definitely have the PDFs, if your package has shipped.)

Yeah under the Rulebook category is all my starfinder stuff. I should have my physical copies tomorrow or the next day so I suppose I shouldn’t be too bothered but I was curious if anyone else had had a similar issue this is the first time I’ve ever subbed at all.

Ugh, are they really? In the past, they've left a skeleton crew in Seattle, but they're understaffed at the moment anyway so I guess they couldn't leave anyone behind.
This is definitely not normal for a sub; I've had subs for, like, twelve years now, I think, and never had something like that happen.
(Fwiw, I have Starfinder stuff under one Paizo Inc.: Rulebooks heading and 2e books under another identical Paizo Inc.: Rulebooks heading.)
