Getting back into GM'ing, can't see any stars?

Hello there. So after a long break, I've found a group of people nearby with whom I've really enjoyed playing with again. I have ran a couple games for them already, and plan to do more in the future. I'm having an issue though that my GM stars are not appearing on my ID card or next to my name in the message board. Any advice? It should be 2 stars as I have 32 games reported.

Try going to my account at the top of the page. Right click it and open a new tab Organized play

sign in

click the GM/Event coordinator tab

Click the refresh points button

Clicking that refresh button does not help. Like many people I came in to print my card before Gen Con and it's broken.... again.

@Daemoro... They broke it , I'm sure they will fix it again. They have said that they noted the issues in their mysterious bug tracking system. Now we just get to wait the long wait of those without SLAs forcing IT guys to fix things...

And they are really busy with a lot of other things right now. So many products and services going up for the 2e launch.

Link to thread poeople have just started about this issue. NO Responses yet, but its still early.
