Does this grant Training in Spell Attack Rolls and Spell Save DCs? If not, does this mean that attack cantrips with this feat would have +0 to hit?
I think this would come under innate spells (oddly) which have the rule "You're always trained in spell attack rolls and spell DCs for your innate spells, even if you aren't otherwise trained in in spell attack rolls... use your charisma modifier...unless otherwise specified."
