Hey wonderful and patient CS team!
I've run into an issue that you've probably seen before; I'd like to start my Pathfinder Rulebook subscription with the PF2E core rulebook and bestiary, but the shopping cart and order didn't/couldn't reflect the changes I made.
Can you please change the starting product of my subscription to the core rulebook? Thank you so much! <3

I have cancelled Planar Adventures and generated the pF2 items. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation reflecting those changes.
I do want to mention that one of the items in that order, Adventure Path 61, is currently unavailable and is going to keep the order from shipping. Since we usually don't reprint the soft cover books I strongly suspect it will hold up the order indefinitely. I pinged the webstore team so they can tell me if we may be able to get it (sometimes we are able to retrieve stock from distributors). Do you want to leave everything in that order or should we separate out, or cancel AP 61?

The update email that I got just now prompted me to check the forum, so yes, I got it!
Huh, that's odd...the (customer facing) webstore shows AP 61 as available. Obviously, you know better than the site, but it's a weird idiosyncrasy.
If it's possible to get a physical copy it, that would be absolutely wonderful, but no worries if not...I'll keep an eye on eBay and used bookstores. In the meantime, please separate the orders and sidecart AP 61.
Do you know about when you'll have an an answer for its availablity?

I just heard back from the webstore team. They tell me we won't be able to get any more copies. They also made the book unavailable on the website. I have cancelled it from your order and am sending you an updated email confirmation.

It looks like a mint/non-mint glitch to me. The product description makes reference to it being non-mint, and then shows the non-mint printed edition as unavailable, whilst allowing us to add a heavily discounted (and presumably undamaged) print copy for $9.99.
