I am contacting you to inform you that order 7870829 has not been received within the established period.
I have not received any email confirmation of purchase, invoice or delivery note.
On your website the order is divided into three packages.
Two of which, in theory, sent.
One pending stock, when the product is available at this time.
I demand information about the status of my order after 57 days of waiting, a confirmation of the shipment and an estimated delivery date of the complete package.
I am still waiting for the response to the email I sent to customer.service@paizo.com

Hello Penwin,
Your order is being held up by 2 miniatures that we are still waiting to receive from Reaper. If you'd like I can separate them out to their own order so everything else can ship, or cancel them to the same effect. Otherwise the order will wait for them to arrive before shipping out.
The 3 of us are currently working through a large backlog of emails, so it is taking some time for us to respond to them all. Thank you for your patience.

I guess the miniatures you mention are:
Alaznista, Runelord of Wrath
Shalelu, Shalelu, Elf Ranger
If that is the case, I would like you to cancel those 2 miniatures and proceed as soon as possible to the shipment.
I guess I will be returned 12,13 $, which is the value of both miniatures.
If everything I have mentioned is correct, I would like you to proceed like this.
Otherwise I await your response to inform me of possible incidents or errors.

Supongo que se me devolverá 12,13 $, que es el valor de ambas miniaturas.

I have removed those two miniatures that were holding up the order. You will not be charged for them. We only charge for items when they ship. If an authorization was opened on your card with them included in the amount, it will not be used.
The order is ready to ship out now. You should soon receive a confirmation email for the order. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you!
