What is better for a Lawful Evil Samurai style character
(plan to focus on Mithral current)

Is Warlord or warder better?

Also how are these for feats - These are if i go warder (Have not planned out a warlord version)

Feats

:
(1) E . W . P (Katana)
(1) E . W . P (wakizashi)
(1) Quick Draw - Draw weapon as Free Action
(1) Dodge (+1 Dodge AC)
(1) Mobility (+4 Dodge Ac Vs AoO's that are Provoked By Movement
(3) Combat Ref: (AoO per Round = ??)
(5) Combat Patrol increase your threatened area by 20 feet and can move up to your speed and make AoO on foes who provoke them
(6) Mixed Combat ( May sheathe a weapon as a free action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity, even if it isn’t your turn.)
(7) Mithral Current Style: (Swift Action Feint ) Use Dance in Place of Bluff for Fient
(9) Critical Focus (You receive a +4 circumstance bonus on attack rolls made to confirm critical hits)
(11) Bleeding Critical (Foe Hit by a crit takes 2D6 Bleed That stacks with it self
(13) Mithral Current Flow: If a foe Misses you with thier ATK, you may move 10FT with out provoking an AoO as a free Action. Even if its not his Turn
(15) Mithral Current Slice: Your first attack in a round in which you drew a weapon deals damage to your target as if they were vulnerable to silver.

Is there any reason why you want to go Warder or Warlord over Stalker?

Stuff you get as a level 5 Stalker
-Two stalker arts
-Wisdom to Init/Reflex
-Uncanny Dodge
-Ki Pool (can use it to use Deadly Strike)
-2d6 Deadly Strike

Stuff you get as a level 5 Warder
-Combat Reflexes using INT
-Allies within 10ft get +2 to AC/Will
-Int instead of Dex to Init/Reflex
-Using a counter infinitely in a turn once/day

Stuff you get as a level 5 Warlord
-The best way to recover maneuvers
-Cha to Will Saves
-A free teamwork feat that you can share with allies
-Charisma when flanking instead of +2
-+1 to hit/damage/CMB/CMD when in a stance of a chosen discipline

I personally like the Stalker for the Bushi, but you are a lone wolf sort of player. Warder can be good if you have a low point buy or you have low dex. Warlord is great with teammates and another melee teammate.

@ sorrySleeping

Ok so Stalker dose sound good

so Stalker 5 (Bushi) / Landsknecht 10

I do Know once I enter my prestige class , it slim pickings on Maneuvers

Any Advice on some good one I should take?

You need to focus maneuvers anyways before you take the prestige. Solar Wind and Tempest Gale are both ranged only, so don't both looking. Thrashing Dragon is for two weapon fighting, so meh. Broken Blade is unarmed, which can be useful as a back up, but you have quick draw so you never really need to worry about being out of a weapon, unless your weapons are taken away.

I'd personally focus on Veiled Moon, Riven Hourglass, and Mithral Current. Other ones that fit the style are Scarlet Throne or Shattered Mirror, but you'll either have to take a trait to sub those out or take an oath (Scarlet Throne gives you +2 to will saves and +4 to compulsion effects, shattered mirror lets you use commune, a level 5 spell, once/week). You need to slim it down to 3 and only take maneuvers from those disciplines.

Don't forget style feats. Shattered Mirror style and Veiled Moon can both be pretty awesome.
