Inordinately broad spread of "expected delivery time" (Low priority)

Not sure when it started happening, but I've noticed recently that pretty much every shipping method can take up to 20 days in transit.

I wondered if this is a deliberate "base covering" strategy or if it's a glitch.

UPS International (for example) is exorbitantly expensive, but generally means it gets from Paizo to me in less than a week. Since recently, your order page shows me "3 to 20 days" as the expected transit time (as opposed to 3-5 which it used to show, I think).

Has anything actually changed in expected delivery times? FWIW, the worst-case-scenario is the one I am generally guided by, so accuracy at that end is far more important to me than accuracy at the low end. I'm leery spending $100 or more on shipping if it might take a month to get here and Mail Innovations would have achieved the same for $26.

It's not terribly urgent, but I would like to know if UPS International has started going super slow from time to time.

Cheers
Steve
