If I have a level 2 character and run a level 3-7 adventure using a level 4 pregen, can I apply that chronicle sheet for my level 2 character immediately or do I have to wait until that character is level 3?
I thought I read in the guide that you can apply any chronicle sheet to a character that is lower level than the chronicle.

Look in the guide on page 7, "Applying Credit".
Applying Credit: You may apply credit for an adventure once your Roleplaying Guild character reaches the level of the pregenerated character used to play through it. For example, if you played a 7th-level pregenerated character, you would apply the credit once your character reaches 7th level. To apply credit, follow the steps below.
• Apply the credit for eligible adventures in the order in which they were played.
• If you apply credit for multiple adventures at once, your Roleplaying Guild character might advance multiple levels. The character’s level cannot exceed the tier
range of any Chronicle sheets applied to her.• You can apply credit from a higher-tier adventure to a 1st-level Roleplaying Guild character. When doing so, reduce the gp reward to 500 gp if the adventure grants
1 XP or 1,398 gp if it grants 3 XP. You do not benefit from any boons until your Roleplaying Guild character reaches the minimum level listed on the Chronicle
sheet, unless otherwise noted.

You actually have to wait until level 4, the level of the pre-gen, for the situation you describe. If you were GMing, then the chronicle would apply once you hit 3rd level.
The bit about applying the chronicle to a character lower level than the pre-gen means that you can’t play with a 4th level pre-gen and then apply the credit to a 6th level PC.
