Plz help with dhampir race

one of my players wants to play a dhampir for a campaign im trying to run, i decided to okay this because it sorta fit the feel i was going and he chose to play a moroi-born, but one of the abilities states "any of your vampire spawn." and this confused me because nowhere does it say that dhampir get the create spawn ability. do they automatically get it because they are part vampire or do they not get it?

That's all I'm seeing on AoN. In fact I don't see spawn mentioned once on the page.

Where ya getting that info?

I think this race trait is what is being cited:

Requirement(s) Vampire - Moroi
Your loneliness drove you to build your coven, and you zealously attack any who would harm it. You gain a +1 trait bonus on damage rolls against creatures you have seen attack or harm any of your vampire spawn.

But note that the requirement for this trait is "Vampire - Moroi", not "Dhampir - Moroi-born". I am not sure why they made up traits that no PC can take.

I agree with David seems to be a vampire trait. Not really going to be an option for your player.
