I recieved my shipment of the Adventure Path subscription and it was damaged out of the envelope. I have written to customer service days ago, and received no reply. I know everyone's busy with 2nd Edition, but please don't use it as an excuse to screw over the people who are supporting what's out now.

I'm sorry to hear you got a damaged book. I have set up a replacement for you which will be on its way along with your subscription order.
I apologize that it took us some time to respond to you. There are currently only 2 of us in customer service and we are working to catch up on the back log of emails in the inbox. We have no intention of 'screwing over' anyone regardless of what they purchase, and we appreciate your patience.
