We are a long time group (11/4 Level) looking for a new GM for our Wrath of The Righteous campaign.

Hello there. I’ve been reading through your gameplay discussion a little. Seems like you have quite an amazing group. How long has your group been together? I am interested in your group. I’m not making any promises and giving you false hope, but I’d hate to see such an amazing group go away!
1. What book are you on?3?
2. Would you be ok with 1 post per day Mon-Fri? I sometimes post updates on the weekend, but now always.
As the outgoing GM, I can tell you where they are at and what is left to do.
They are currently in the last battle in the last area (Ivory Sanctum) of Chapter 3. Once they finish the battle they need to search the area (they have been rushing thru it) then it is back to Drezen, some RP and then onto Chapter 4. I still have the map in Google Maps if you decide to take over.

I think I speak for the whole group when I say that it's been a ton of fun so far and we'd definitely love to have someone bring us through the second half of the AP.
Speaking personally, one post per weekday would be totally fine with me.
I'm a recent -- and the only -- transplant so far, and even in the short time I've been in, it's been great fun. And one post/day would be great.
All right everyone I’m picking up the third book on Wednesday so I can prep some. I’ll take over as GM. It might be a week until we kick things off again. Is everybody ok with that?
As DM Papa said, we're in the last battle of the book; you might want to pick up the fourth book as well.

I think I speak for all of us when I say that we're really excited that a high-level GM has decided to cast Resurrection on our campaign!
I’d like to say I am excited to pick this group up. I will pick up book 3 and 4 tomorrow. It will probably be Monday until we start. It’ll give me a few days to read through material.

It contains the map from the maps PDF, and the tokens that I have used for the PCs and the current crop of NPCs. You and all the players have edit access to it.
I sent you a PM with information on current initiative, HP, AC, as well as the information on the remaining foes. You'll have to look up Jeribeth and Xanther Vang (sp?) in book 3 for their spells / stats. The other mobs have their basic stats in the PM that I sent you, except the mages (forgot about them) spell lists are in book 3.

We are in need again of a replacement GM. I believe we just started book 4. Three of us have been with the campaign from the beginning and we recently gained two awesome recruits!
We really do not want this campaign to end...

Already mastering WotR, but on the book 1. Maybe GM another group in the book 4 is not such a bad idea. Let's see if you have other volunteers, if not, I can take over.
I'd be glad to help out as well...hate to see an established campaign end...

I have never done any play by post. I am currently GMing the Wrath of the Righteous AP in a group on Fantasy Grounds, so I have read all the books and am familiar with the story line.
I have read some of the posts on the thread Hyram included and it sounds like the group is really into the game. Our Fantasy Grounds group is about 20% into Book 4 (The Midnight Isles) - just a little ahead of the thread's activity.
If I had some help with details on how to be a good play by post GM, I would consider it.
There are a couple of good guides in the general discussion threads on the forums. Here
Indeed, Painlord's DM guide ( and player guide ) is quite good...
I’m their current GM and its unfortunate that I can’t give them what they deserve. Whoever takes this over will not be disappointed. They are a great group of longtime players and you will enjoy having them. If you need anything from me please let me know.

About me: I'm an old hand at dming, having dmed back in the 80s and abit of the early 2000s....haven't played face to face since 2003.
Found these boards 6 years ago...played in many games....most of which have gone the way of the dodo.
Been working from home for the last year or so, so have the time to run games. I've picked up two other games that lost their GM's , would like to do the same for you.
Gonna pitch in here that I've gamed with Spaz on these boards and he's a solid gamer.
