I have refunded your payment method and charged your store credit.
I see that your submitted your subscription after the order generating day, meaning that the subscription and the order never touched the sidecart, and therefore wouldn't check the subscription option to use store credit. This is probably why it did not use your store credit.
Our system is not intuitive in this regard, and I would have to assume that in this case you would apply store credit in the cart, but I'm not entirely sure at what point it would offer this when ordering during the shipping window. Clearly this is a combination of factors our system should be prepared for, and I'll take a look at how store credit should be applied to subscription items when the items are purchased during the subscription shipping window. I'm not saying this is something you should have known/done, just giving some context for what occurred! If your confirmation email ever tells you it is using a payment method you did not intend, or does not display any applied store credit when you expect there to be, please let us know right away.
