I'm requesting a new tracking number since in the email it says the package is leaving the Paizo warehouse on March 22nd, but on Ups-mi tracker it says that it is transferred to my post office on the 19th on the same month. Then on their website, it says it was delivered on March 18th. I contacted My post office and they don't know of any package, so I contacted UPS and the tracking number I gave UPS help isn't clearing on their database. UPS help told me to contact you guys.

I'm sorry to hear that your package was lost! These things happen on occasion. Thank you for taking the time to look into it with the delivery service. If they have no information, and the package is this far outside of its estimated shipping time, it is likely not recoverable. We will just set you up with a replacement for the order.

You should soon receive a confirmation email providing you the details of the replacement order. If you have any questions or concerns, or if the original package turns up, please let us know. Thank you!
