Hi. The players have found a Ring of Force Shield, but I really do not know who can activate it. According to the rules, to activate it you need the skill "Use a Object" if you do not know the spell. And in another place, it says that only those who have the correct class can use it. Who can activate/desactivate the ring? Does it require any skill or to know the spell?
In my group, a warrior want use this ring, buy i don't know if it is possible.

There are no class/level requirements to use a Ring of Force Shield.
Anyone wearing the ring can activate/deactivate it at will.
Anyone can use the ring of force shield, since there is no special activation described in the description.
Usually, activating a ring is using a command word, which is given by the wearer of the ring. Up to the DM to decide how long a ring must be worn to attune the ring to a new owner, but once attuned, the wearer may choose a command word to his/her liking.
So yes, the Warrior in your group can use the ring. Anyone in your group can use the ring.
