If you are interested in receiving the March items that have finished shipping out, you should subscribe while those products are still available as a starting option.
However, if you find that you are unable to make that commitment before the option disappears from the product page, but would still like the March items to ship with any April items, go ahead and start the subscription with the available options in April and we can assist in assuring that you receive the March items that you are interested in at that time.

You usually have two options to select from when starting a subscription: the current volume and the next volume. I believe on April 3rd you will have the March and April items to choose from, so it is up to you which one you will choose to start your subscription again.
