If the chosen aspect's size differs from the the shifter's normal size is the damage of the natural attacks changed?
For example a mouse shiter major aspect is normally tiny and has a 1d4 bite attack.
Does that mean that a medium weretouched mouse shifter would get a 1d8 bite (2 steps larger) or would it stay 1d4?
Same for aspekts that have a large form, would the damage die decrease one step for a medium weretouched shifter?

The Wererat stays medium in their hybrid form, and uses the lower damage dice.
The Werecrocodile stays medium in their hybrid form, and uses the higher damage dice.
So the size of the damage dice is unchanged.

@Wonderstell: Not only does the weretouched shifter not use the lycanthrope rules, wereanimal statblocks are chock full of errors. For instance, the hybrid form always uses the larger base size of the human and animal forms, so a werecrocodile's hybrid form is large.
@Just a Guess: I'd say you get adjust your damage dice, so in this case, a 1d8 bite (although don't ask me why the mouse aspect has a 1d4 bite and not a 1d3 bite).

The lycanthropy rules just don't fit - the hybrid form is different, and mouse isn't even a valid animal for lycanthropy.
In the end, I see no reason (i.e. no rule) not to default to the damage dice across size changes FAQ.
