I may be completely blind, but what are the rules for recharging your personal force field armor upgrade? Brown, purple, black, etc.
Are they intended to be recharged? Can you recharge them in the same way as a space suits environmental capacity (I.E. free at any place of civilization)? Does it cost credits like recharging batteries for guns?
... are they one time use upgrades?
Just want to clarification in case I'm just really bad at finding rules.

Force fields are tech upgrades, so they should follow the general rule, since they don't have a specific rule.
Capacity
For a technological armor upgrade that requires charges to function, this entry lists the maximum size battery the upgrade can hold. The batteries that upgrades hold can be recharged as normal using either a generator or a recharging station (see page 234). A magic armor upgrade that can be used a certain number of times runs on magical charges; these charges are integral to the construction of the item and can’t be replenished with generators or batteries. Charges for a magic item either refresh each day or never refresh.
This leaves you with the issue of 3 models using a special 10 charge battery, and not being able to have any standard battery put into them, but there's no reason not to be able to recharge that 10 charge cell the same way you recharge any other battery.
