My Subscription Questions

Hi there, love your work, here are a few things that are stumping me-

1) How do I set up my subscription (Pathfinder Battles) to get 2 Cases & 2 Premiums each time, I've tried following the HELP questions and it says when you set up your subscription you can do this but I set up my subscription a while back with 1 Case & 1 Premium- I want to change but I can't find anyway to get back to my subscriptions to change it.

2) Is there a way to pay through Paypal? If so, how?

3) Is there a way to pay import tax (UK) ahead of time (like with Troll & Toad, and ebay)- it's just in the UK if the tax isn't paid then there's an admin charge (£11-14/parcel) that needs to be paid, however if import tax is paid before UK delivery then there's no admin charge. Can it be done?

Hello goonalan,

1. I have set up your Pathfinder Battles subscription to get 2 cases and 2 premiums. Once you have already started your subscription, I believe Customer Service must assist in accomplishing this, and we are happy to help!

2. We do not currently accept PayPal. Its requirements conflict with our system in several ways. However, there is an alternative option listed on our FAQ here.

3. We do not have a way to calculate or pay for import tax prior to arrival at the receiving country. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. I'm happy you are enjoying the game and I hope the lack of PayPal of the ability to pay import tax in advance will not stunt your enjoyment!
