Hello Everyone,

Many of you may have noticed that you aren't getting the automated emails you should be. Emails like password resets, order confirmations, and if you're trying to set up a new account the verification email. Our tech team is aware of the issue and has been working with our service provider to resolve the issue. As we have updates you will be able to find them in this thread in the Website Feedback forum.

The latest update as of when I am posting this is that we are waiting for the DNS updates to propagate out to domains around the internet.

Once we have this resolved we plan to send out account verification emails to all the new accounts made between February 16 and when everything is back on the up and up that haven't already been verified. If you need your password reset you will need to get the password reset email sent again at that time. Likewise, if you need an email confirmation for an order you will need to contact customer service at that time to send you one.

It appears this as finally been resolved! If you have any issues remaining that are related to this problem, please let customer service know. We are going to be digging out for a while from all of the emails that this generated, but we will get through them!
