BAB +8 - including the penalties for rapid-shot, and the bonuses from BAB and haste (but not dex/weapons-training/etc).

Your attack routine is +7/+7/+7/+2, if the first attack hits it acts as if 2 arrows hit, but only 1 can crit/sneak-attack/etc.

That was included:

+7/+7/+7/+2

+7 (normal attack) / +7 (rapid shot) / +7 (haste) / +2 (2nd iterative attack).

The 3 attacks at +7 can be taken in any order (they're identical, so it doesn't matter), but whichever one is first gets the extra damage from Manyshot (there's not extra attack roll for Manyshot).

The number "+7" is +8 BAB, +1 Haste, -2 Rapid-Shot. I haven't included any other bonuses (Dex/etc).
