Suppose you have a Spell-like ability and you have a second ability that says "When you cast a spell", does the spell-like ability trigger that ability?
To further expand on this, suppose the spell-like ability now emulates a spell on a divine list; would this trigger abilities that say "When you cast a divine spell"?
An example would be triggering the Glorious Heat feat with a fire spell-like ability.

Spell-Like Abilities (Sp)
Spell-like abilities are magical and work just like spells (though they are not spells and so have no verbal, somatic, focus, or material components). They go away in an antimagic field and are subject to spell resistance if the spell the ability is based on would be subject to spell resistance.

Spell-like abilities are neither arcane nor divine nor even spells. While the process of activating one shares a couple of similarities with casting a spell (namely casting time and the need for concentration), they don't count as spells for pretty much any purpose. They can occasionally be substituted for spells, such as during magic item creation, but those situations are explicitly called out.
