Has anyone created stat blocks for Summon Creature spells?

I'm thinking something like the Monster Summoning Cards that used to be available here. The way it's written now, I'm hesitant to take the spell because I don't know when I'll have the hours needed to put together the stat blocks and I'm not figuring them out at the table.

I know of a spreadsheet someone on reddit made, although it has not been updated for Alien Archive 2.

I use only one or two grafts. It is a decent option for easily being prepared.
