Undine Weaponshaft Weapon to Hydraulic Push

Hi, I'm building a Shillelagh using druid. I'm trying to determine if the bonus from flanking or Shillelagh applies to the CMB check for Hydraulic Push.

I don't believe either applies to Hydraulic push. The bonus provided by Shillelagh only applies to attacks made with the weapon and flanking only applies to melee attacks. Bull rush is a combat maneuver that is performed instead of a melee attack.

Hydraulic push is a spell that performs a bullrush on an opponent independent of any weapons you might be using.

That's unfortunate. Follow up question: If you use an Undine weaponshaft, does the same apply?
