Sidecart order?

Greetings,
I subscribed to the Adventure Path Subscription recently (as I want to get Return of the Runelords), and the 3rd Part (#135) shipped successfully. At the time that I opened the subscription, I also ordered physical copies of the first two books (#133 and #134). It appeared when I checked out that they would both be shipped with the subscription book. However, only #135 was shipped to me. Now I show the other two books as being a sidecart order? They don't have an order number, and if I view the actual store entry for them, it says "Note: This product is in your sidecart."

There doesn't seem to be a way to actually finish this order. I haven't found a way to actually "open" my sidecart or edit it, yet there's also no status on it -- it's like they're stuck in limbo...I can neither complete the order or cancel it and reorder them again.

Can you please help sort this out?

Hello Jason,

I believe that because your subscription was started after we'd already generated all of the orders containing Adventure Path 135 into active orders, your subscription order containing Adventure Path 135 never checked the sidecart for items which ship with it. This process only happens on the day the sub orders are authorized and generated.

In addition, the items currently in your sidecart were added there after this generation date as well, therefore they will not generate into an order to ship out on their own until the next subscription auth is run. This will happen on October 25th next, at which point it would join your November Adventure Path subscription order.

Generally the rule for sidecarts is that anything added to them will generate with the next newest subscription item. It will only join any currently pending orders or recently started subscription orders if CS moves them manually.

I can the sidecarted items out of the sidecart and get them to ship to you soon in their own order. Otherwise they will ship with the November volume in the next few weeks.

Thanks for the prompt response. If they are going to ship with the next book, that's totally fine. I'm not in a rush. I was just concerned they got lost in limbo and would not be shipped at all. Consider me satisfied!
