Has anyone done any converting on this to PF 1e? Thinking about running it as a capstone to our current campaign and wanted to avoid duplicating effort if it's already been done.

I have used MapTool + Discord (for audio) for months and found it to be excellent. It's free and in some ways better than Roll20.

Thanks Sam!

Greetings,
I didn't realize that the final book of the Tyrant's Grasp AP and the first book of the 2nd Edition AP were going to ship in the same month. Like many others I have no interest in 2nd Edition at this time, so while I would like to finish out the Tyrant's Grasp, I would like to cancel my AP subscription after that, including removing the Age of Ashes book from my order.

Thanks,
Jason

Nevermind. I randomly checked and I see that the digital content for those two books is, strangely, in a separate area of the Digital Content from the first 3 books of the AP. I just missed them because I was looking in the same area where parts 1-3 were located.

Hi Paizo Customer Support,
I've been a Pathfinder Adventure Path subscriber now for several months and had no issues with the digital content piece since I started. However, I noticed that I did not get access to the Tyrant's Grasp Part 4: Gardens of Gallowspire PDF. The first 3 books showed up when it shipped, but I received part 4 last month and I know part 5 just shipped and neither is available in my digital content. Could you take a look at this and fix it please?

Thanks,
Jason

Thanks Sam!

Thanks Strife, at least I know I'm not wrong about it. :)

Greetings,
I made a minor error today and accidentally ordered a second copy of Pathfinder Online: Thornkeep. If you can please cancel that item from this order (there is already a copy associated with an earlier order) I would be extremely appreciative. I don't actually need two copies. :)

Thanks,
Jason

I've played Giantslayer & Wrath of the Righteous, and run Carrion Crown, but I've read through most of Iron Gods.

My order as a player:
1. Wrath of the Righteous
2. Carrion Crown
3. Iron Gods
4. Giantslayer

As a DM:
1. Carrion Crown
2. Iron Gods
3. Giantslayer
4. Wrath of the Righteous

I agree with Phntm888, WotR requires a lot more prep work and care as a GM, but if you're willing to put in the effort it can be really rewarding. Our GM has made it a lot of fun and challenging.

I ranked Giantslayer last as a player because while it has a lot of good to recommend it (and the first two books are really good), it largely turns into a long dungeon crawl if your GM doesn't throw in/change content. I love dungeon crawls, and I was even a little tired of it by the end of book 5.

I know no one probably reads this any longer, but I noticed something on the Iophanite Angel (p.293).
It has a listed Acrobatics bonus of +1, and a Fly bonus of +7...how is that happening?

Dex bonus of +3.
Maneuverability of Perfect (+8)

Acrobatics should be +3 (although it's strange they list it since usually only skills with ranks, racial bonuses or other bonuses are listed -- which makes me think ranks are assigned, but then how does it get even less?)

Fly should be +11

Or am I missing something?

As a side note, the "Scratch-n-Dent" section is ALSO only PDFs, again, which seems silly since you can't physically damage a PDF.

So if you go into the "Going, going, gone" sale, the only options available are PDFs. I'm pretty sure that this should offer physical products, since by their nature you can never run out of PDF copies of something.

Hi Sam,
Thanks for the prompt response. If they are going to ship with the next book, that's totally fine. I'm not in a rush. I was just concerned they got lost in limbo and would not be shipped at all. Consider me satisfied!

Thanks,
Jason

Greetings,
I subscribed to the Adventure Path Subscription recently (as I want to get Return of the Runelords), and the 3rd Part (#135) shipped successfully. At the time that I opened the subscription, I also ordered physical copies of the first two books (#133 and #134). It appeared when I checked out that they would both be shipped with the subscription book. However, only #135 was shipped to me. Now I show the other two books as being a sidecart order? They don't have an order number, and if I view the actual store entry for them, it says "Note: This product is in your sidecart."

There doesn't seem to be a way to actually finish this order. I haven't found a way to actually "open" my sidecart or edit it, yet there's also no status on it -- it's like they're stuck in limbo...I can neither complete the order or cancel it and reorder them again.

Can you please help sort this out?

Thanks,
Jason

Wow, really interesting stuff! I love your writeups, Joana -- thanks for taking the time to do it. I assume since it's now nearly 7 years later that your group never finished it, so I'm sorry that we'll never see how this ended!

Thank you very much!

Hi Customer Service,
I've sent two emails (one on Friday 5/25 and one on Monday 6/4) and have received no response of any kind, so I'm going to try here. I have to say, as someone who has worked in Customer Service for nearly 20 years I'm a bit disappointed. Even an automated response would be nice.

EDIT: I just saw the post about the backlog. That explains the lack of response. However, it would probably be a good idea to have an automated email respond to the CS email address letting customers know this so they don't think you're ignoring them.

I placed order 5108161 on Monday, 5/21. I received the digital content immediately, but the physical product I ordered had to be shipped.

On Thursday, 5/24 I placed a second order (5142251) for a bunch of physical products. At this time (and I believe it is still active) Paizo was offering up to $10 off shipping for $100 or more orders. I specifically ordered more than $100 of product in order to gain this discount. During the checkout phase, because order 5108161 had not shipped yet, I was asked if I wanted to combine them into a single shipment to save on shipping. I did so, expecting that the $10 towards shipping would apply to the combined order (since even without combining it I was still over $100). Unfortunately, the combined order did not, and I was charged the $6.44 for shipping. I would appreciate it if you could credit the shipping back to my account in accordance with the discount that was being offered at the time I placed my order. Though I had planned to order some things, I would not have ordered $100 of product if I had known I was not going to get the discount, since that was my sole reason for adding some items on to drive it over that amount.

I'll pile on and request a copy, too! :)
