Can scry and other locate / detection spells be used across planes?

And if so what other spells would this be? Including divine input spells like Augury, Commune, etc

I know Scry and Discern Location can as DL include the plane of existence. Commune and whatnot you can't protect against as you're communicating with gods and there no way mortals have to block deific power.

Instead of bumping after two hours, read the spell descriptions. It's explicitly called out in Scry for god's sake.

The spell will either say if it works across planes or have a range.
