I was wondering what the issue was for these orders, I made the first order on the 2nd, it states that the items are in my side cart, but when my subscription went out yesterday the second order, it says it is one item, so that after I paid for them, it looks like I have to wait even longer for the Pathfinder pins.

This occurred because it appears there is some misunderstanding with when sidecart items are generated with subscription orders. Sidecart items will generate with subscription orders when we run the subscription auth, or in other words, when we generate all of the subscription orders and send you a confirmation email.
We did this process on September 29th, and that is when you received a confirmation email for your subscription order. If you added the items to your sidecart on the 2nd of October, this was past the date that we generated orders from sidecarts, and will not be added automatically to the already pending order. It will instead wait for the next time a subscription auth is run. Customer Service can always help you move items form your sidecart into pending orders if we are alerted well in advance of the pending order shipping.
These items will generate when we run the next subscription auth in a little less than two weeks. Alternatively we can get these shipped out to you on their own if that is what you would prefer at this point.

Order generation means the subscription item has become an active order in a pending state. It will then enter the shipping queue over the course of the following two weeks with all of the other subscription orders. Items added to the sidecart during this period will not be automatically added to the pending order. This process is not intuitive, so I apologize for any confusion.
We can add sidecarted items to pending orders after generation, but we must be alerted that it is something that needs to be done so we can do it manually. I do not see a missed email or forum post requesting this, but I'm sorry if we missed a notification prior to now! We can absolutely do this for you whenever you notify us that this would be helpful going forward.
You may have seen an authorization on your card when the order was submitted, but we do not charge for products until they ship, so you won't be charged for sidecart items until they are on their way to you!
The items will go out with your next subscription order, but let me know if you would like them shipped out sooner and I can turn them into an independent order for you. Thank you!
