So heres the scenario my character gains 1 lvl as a weretouched wolverine shifter then take 2 lvl into unchained barbarian for rage powers.
Once my shifter lvl reaches 8 will I gain chained or unchained rage power. Furthermore will shifter barbarian lvl stack with unchained barbarian levels to determine rage power efficiency. Finaly does Extra rage power grants chained or unchained barbarian powers.

Up to your GM. As far as I know, most abilities that function "the same as the barbarian rage ability" refer to the original version, but part of the whole unchained thing is ideally not having to keep track of two different sets of rules.
Furthermore will shifter barbarian lvl stack with unchained barbarian levels to determine rage power efficiency.I'm pretty sure it's like [url=http://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1fm#v5748eaic9o80]the channel FAQ
--you'll have two separate sources of rage, each with their own number of rounds per day and their own effective barbarian level.
Finaly does Extra rage power grants chained or unchained barbarian powers.
Again, up to the GM:
Some feats, rage powers, rogue talents, and other rules might not work with the unchained classes, and such rules should be reviewed before being used with the new versions.
