Was wondering if you could take a look at Order 5377938
The order is Pending since the 28th and the last 2 subscription shipments seemed to sit in pending for about 10 days too.
I was wondering if this is normal or if I should submit a ticket sooner than this? Looking forward to getting my hands on the items I ordered!

While we have experienced some delays with shipping subscription items in recent months when the subscription system is functioning normally, it is not unusual to see about a two week difference between when your order is generated and when the items ship.
On the 28th, we generated all of the subscription orders for all accounts. That's a lot of orders! This is when you receive your order confirmation email. After this, our warehouse ships out these orders over the course of the following two weeks. Where your order is shipped in the queue varies month to month. We are still currently within this shipping window at this time, so this is entirely normal!
It appears that the warehouse got to your order in the shipping queue earlier today! You now have access to the PDF and your books are on their way to you. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know!
