Quick shield block (FTR 8) can you use it to get two shield blocks in one round?

Quick shield block gives you a reaction that must be used to shield block. It has a prerequisite of Reactive Shield, so it seems intended to allow you to shield block even if you used a reaction to raise your shield per Reactive Shield. If you spend an action to raise your shield does this mean you can now shield block twice? Would adding Shield Paragon (FTR 12) allow you to shield block twice while you were in the stance?

Sure this might be hard on your shield, but considering that as an option for a character.

Normal: Use an action to raise shield, then use a reaction to shield block.

With just Reactive Shield: If you have not used an action to raise shield, you can use a reaction to raise shield after you get hit and apply your shield's AC bonus against the attack that hit you. This would be your only reaction so you cannot shield block until your next turn.

With Quick Shield Block (and Reactive Shield): Same as above but you gain an extra reaction that can only be used for shield block. Now you can wait until you get hit, use a reaction to raise shield so you don't waste an action on it, and you still have that bonus reaction to shield block one time if you want.

With Shield Paragon but no Reactive Shield: You never need to raise shield so don't waste actions on it. You still have only one reaction to shield block if you want to.

With Shield Paragon and Quick Shield Block: Your shield is always raised so this makes Reactive Shield obsolete now. You have your normal reaction that can be used on shield block or anything else, and you have your free bonus reaction that can only be used on shield block. Yes, this means you can shield block twice in a round (on two different successful hits). It's good to be a Paragon! Now you just need an Indestructible Shield...
