Since the Sihedron Heroes play an important role in this adventure path, especially if one or more of the PCs have taken the Scion of Legend campaign trait, it would be useful to have an idea of who they are before they make their "on stage" appearance. However, not all groups have played through Rise of the Runelords and/or Shattered Star. James Jacobs has mentioned that the "default" Sihedron Heroes that will be the iconic Valeros, Seoni, Kyra, and Merisiel (fighter, sorcerer, cleric, rogue), but that may not work for every group.
Since creating high-level NPCs can be a chore, this is a place for GMs to share some other pre-generated Sihedron Heroes.
A few ground rules, to make them comparable to the "standard" AP baseline (especially, since these will be NPCs for this AP):
- 18 character levels
- starting ability scores generated with 15 point buy, plus four level advancements
- standard wealth by level for an 18th level character (530,000 gp), relatively close to the "balanced distribution" guidelines
- if there are any special bonuses from either Rise of the Runelords or Shattered Star, they should make sense for the character
Note, that these characters may not always be the most "optimal" in all aspects.

Nice, I really like these NPC's. I was actually planning on using the iconics from Shattered Star art as the Sihedron Heroes (Damiel the alchemist, Amiri the barbarian, Kyra the cleric, and Harsk the ranger) if none of my players had any in mind. Its such a weird class combination for a party and Damiel needs more love.

Just asking but are we also suppose to give any role-playing hints for these characters or just provide stats?
Roleplaying is more fungible than creating the stats. A competent GM should be able to come up with a personality to complement a PC that takes the Scion of Legend trait.
BTW, there's an error in Dieterich's gear: a belt of incredible dexterity +6 is 36,000 gp. If you're attempting to "stack" a belt of physical might to gain a total of +12 on Dexterity, that violates RAW (two different enhancement bonuses to the same ability score overlap and do not stack); a +12 enhancement bonus item would be overpowered, anyway, even at the normative (12 x 12 x 1,000) 144,000 gp market price.

A belt of physical might is priced for providing an enhancement bonus to two ability scores ((bonus x bonus x 1,000 gp) + (bonus x bonus x 1,000 gp x 1.5)). "This belt grants the wearer an enhancement bonus to two physical ability scores (Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution) of +2, +4, or +6."
The belts that raise single ability scores are all called the same for the respective ability score, independent of the bonus: belt of giant strength, belt of incredible dexterity, or belt of mighty constitution. If you're only boosting Dexterity, the item is a belt of incredible dexterity +6 (market price 36,000 gp) and Dieterich has an additional 54,000 gp of WBL available.

Erm, reading the player's guide, if you don't have actual old PC's for this, aren't you supposed to allow the players to create new ones for the Sihedron heroes?
That seems to be the way it reads to me, to allow them to still have their own sort of backstory as though they had created/played the characters through the AP's, and whether or not they want them to have met/had significant impact on their RotRL actual PC.
Admittedly, it does require having players that don't mind making a lvl 17-19 toon, depending on how you play your games (mine run to lvl 20 even if I have to add thigns to the AP, for example. Feels more epic to end at lvl 20)
