good question... thought about it for a while and realized my initial impulse was wrong ....and to certain degree so is the question .....Blindsense specifically isn't able to actually observe you in the sense that it would deny anyone the ability to attempt the check out in the open. You still have total concealment from them, they can just figure out your location(square) with a perception check and only take penalties that are based the associated sense

How would these two abilities interact? Its pretty obvious that non sound based blindsense would negate the +10 bonus to hide, but what about the ability to attempt the check while out in the open at all?
If you have the blindsense special ability and succeed at a Perception check to notice an unseen creature, you become aware of the creature’s location. Blindsense negates the bonuses to Stealth checks that an unseen creature would otherwise receive
This tells me that blindsense (type irrelevant) negates the +10 bonus and pinpoints the target after a single successful Perception check (whereas without blindsense, you need seperate Perception checks to become Aware of Presence and Aware of Location.

The type is very relevant. If something negates the sense it negates your blindsense. Cloaking field specifically calls out that it warps light AND muffles sound, so sound based blind sense wouldn't help you any more than vision would.
. If the indicated sense somehow becomes unusable—say, for example, if a creature that uses sound to perceive through its blindsense becomes deaf—the creature loses access entirely to its blindsense. The typical senses through which creatures with blindsense can perceive are emotion, life, scent, sound, thought, and vibration.
