My account subscription status and pending orders is not showing a pending shipment for the September PF Adventure Path. Additionally, under subscription status it shows the August shipment as the most recent volume but the next volume as the October shipment.

You're right in that the system seem to have completely skipped that Adventure Path for you. I have added the missed adventure path to your sidecart. We are going to be generating orders for October later this week. At that time, please keep and eye out for the confirmation email, and ensure that both Adventure Path 134 and 135 generate together as part of that order.
If you notice any odd behavior from your subscriptions at that time, we will see what is preventing your volumes from generating as normal. Thank you!
Thanks. Will the digital content be available when the order is complete or is there a risk that I won't get access to the pdf if this was processed as a one-off purchase?

I have ensured that the item that was skipped was generated manually from the subscription itself. It will know to grant you the PDF for the item when the item ships as normal. You are right that there were still weird things happening to your subscription. Luckily, I was able to pinpoint the problem. Your subscription did not generate anything at all, which told me to look more closely at your sidecart. It appears that your sidecart was still altered from GenCon. I was able to reset the sidecart and generate the missing item.
I have combined your items into and you should soon receive a new confirmation email for this order. The changes made ot your sidecart should allow your subscriptions to begin processing as normal from now on.
