Can a character be changed to Core in the system?

Can you change this character from Classic to Core? He's built with Core rules and has but a single core game to his credit.

I have changed that character over to Core as requested.

This character has never played a non PFC game, yet its type has been changed from PFC to RPG.

Please revert this character back to PFC and clear the "incorrect type" errors in its reporting history.

These characters are supposed to be core (PFC) but have somehow been converted to RPG. I have confirmed with the players that they should be core.

The backlog of [e-mail] is quite long. Will there now be someone dedicated to helping people still in that backlog? We’ve had requests waiting in that queue for almost 2 years. In two years, a character could go to Seeker level in Organized Play. Honestly, it’s too long a time to leave players in limbo.

I don’t mind going through proper channels, but we have to make certain that those channels aren’t dead ends...
