It lists itself as applicable to a subscription but will not allow me to select it in checkout

Hello Achal,

Our subscription system generally only allows you to pick the current volume, or the next volume to start a subscription. As the current volume we have going out is #134 and the next one is #135, these are the two items currently available to start a subscription with.

We do understand that our website down time last month did make it more difficult than usual to find the time to set up a subscription starting with #133. If you would like to complete the subscription process with #134, I will make sure that #133 is also sent to you as part of the subscription!

Please let me know when you have set up the subscription and I will help make sure this happens. Thank you!

Also had a question about the PDF, when does that get added to my account, and does it allow me to qualify for the discount to the fantasy grounds package (reduced by PDF cost purchased on paizo)

Hello Achal,

I have added adventure path 133 to your sidecart to generate with the next subscription order, which we should be generating later this week.

You will receive the PDF of each volume when the volume ships from our warehouse. Once you have received the shipping confirmation email, you should then have access to the PDF.

You should receive the discount for the content on fantasy grounds once your linked accounts are able to check for the content on your Paizo.com account. That means that once your subscription order has shipped and the PDF has been granted to your account, the system should then recognize the completed prerequisites for the fantasy grounds discount.

Im sorry about the miscommunication about when the PDF would be available for you. I have added this item to ship with Adventure Path 135.
