Hello. I just placed Order# 7464239. I wanted to apply the 10% downtime discount to it, but I did not see a place to enter codes or payment information. Perhaps this was because I combined the order with a pending subscription order? (I know I don't get the discount on my subscription items in the order I combined it with). Thank you!

You were correct in your diagnosis. When the items combined with your subscription order, they changed order numbers and didn't carry over the downtime discount. As the downtime discount has the restriction of not applying to subscription orders, it did not apply to the order they were moved into.
I can go ahead and overwrite this. You will not be able to receive the downtime discount on the subscription items, but it is correctly applied to the other items in the order.

Good catch! I tried to make the order refresh the application of the First Ten shipping discount, but it appears its being stubborn. I have manually applied the discount.
