Hi!
I have sent you two emails regarding order 5307660, but there have been no answer. So that order shipped even if it was supposed to be put on hold, putting me in quite a pickle.
Now a new order confirmation has arrived, regarding 7457097. This order needs to be shipped with the October subscription, as I cannot be charged twice in a month on the same credit card.
Please take a look at my former emails, and answer to them.
Please do not delay to put on hold Order # 7457097 and ship it next month.

For the future, is it better if I post in the forum instead of sending an email?
Also, is there a way for me to manually sidecart my subscription so I don’t have to disturb you?

Email or forums are both fine ways of getting a hold of us. Our response time may generally be faster on the forums, but email is the better medium for any problems which involve personal information or replacements which require pictures.
Unfortunately there is not a way to sidecart pending orders on your end, but this is easy enough for us. Hopefully once we've recovered from the website downtime our response time will be greatly improved. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
