All items are present and accounted for and we expect to begin the auth tomorrow on schedule.

Going over the pre-order generation checks. Double checking inventory and product dimensions are set and the dates on the November products are correct.

Things are looking good so far. Not seeing any problems so we're going to turn on order creation at full throttle.

Double checking to see if it finished last night, but I think at least the majority of orders have been created.

As far as I am aware, all the November orders have been created. If you notice an issue with your order or it is missing, please let us know right away.

I assume the four Starfinder pre-painted miniatures sets from Ninja Division are going to ship seperately or with the december shipment?

Warehouse is beginning to ship out November products.

We're noticing a number of people were sent confirmation emails indicating their order would ship in one package, but when it goes to ship it has been shipping in two packages (shipping is at original quoted price). Don't be alarmed, it appears everything is fine with these orders and the second half should ship soon if it hasn't shipped already.

When I click on the Martial Arts Handbook, it disappears from my Digital Content...or tells me there is nothing there. Are you aware of this issue at this time?

The Temple of the Peacock Spirit (Return of the Runelords #4 of 6) is only giving me the single file option for download and no 1 file per chapter option.
Is something wrong or will the file per chapter no longer be provided?

Your digital content should be working correctly now. If you are still having trouble, look at the top left corner of your Digital Assets page, and click the button that says "refresh downloads". Let us know if it's still giving you trouble.

That has been fixed up, and you can access it on your Digital Assets page now. :)
