Skinwalker question

What full casting classes (9th level spells) do you think the skinwalker could take full advantage of?

So far, only divine ones come to mind, clerics, oracles, and maybe the nature fang druid since a vanilla one would make the race abilities redundant.

I also had the idea of an evangelist skinwalker whose oration was wolf sounds, but I don't think that'd work too well.

Scaleheart skinwalkers get +2 Str and +2 Int which is a combo that many gish-types want. Your wizard or arcanist eldritch knight build might go well with it, and I suspect there's ways of making it work for a psychic.

Werebat-kin get flight early. A psychic doesn't need hands or speech to cast and can be rocking permanent flight from level 1 with the bat shape feat; they can have a use for the 13 Cha required. +2 Dex, +2 Int.

Were-tiger kin have a Cha bonus and can pick up the violent display feat. I suspect them of being viable with a sorcerer dragon disciple or maybe a sorcerer eldritch knight.
