Why wouldn’t this affect creatures you aren’t aware of? If you’re frightening, you should be frightening to anything aware of YOU. Also, for your first attack against a frightened creature after you roar, does this have to be a creature frightened BY your roar? Or could it be a creature frightened from some other effect?
